Exhibition in conjunction with NuArts using photography and video to invite the ‘goths’ that had been gathering arund GoMA to have their own say in the venue.

Nu is an exhibition of photographs, video and audio work exploring the interests of the young people who regularly gathered outside GoMA. It was designed to give young people an opportunity to have a voice through art.

Filmmaker Graham MacIver arranged three-camera shoot in a very small space to offer to everyone 3-4 minutes of an uninterrupted honest talk with the cameras. Over the course of fours hours, almost a hundred of young people were filmed then the footage was edited.
